When you’re entering an addiction treatment program, you will spend ample time focusing on what kind of life you want to create for yourself. The purpose of this is centered around the Positive Psychology Movement.

By learning what makes life worth living, when you recreate life outside of treatment, you can make it something you’re proud of.
