It could’ve started when you tried to impress your friends in high school, or when you would party every day in college or when you started hanging out with the wrong group of friends later on in life. No matter when or why it happened, binge drinking has become a unhealthy and addictive norm for a lot of people in the United States. In fact, more than half of the alcohol consumed in the U.S. is a part of a person’s drinking binge.

Binge drinking is another form of substance abuse, and just like those other abuses, binge drinking not only hurts you, but it hurts the people around you that love you and want to help you.
